Mindful Breathing Technique
You may engage in mindful breathing regardless of time or location.
Bring your focus to your breath.
As you inhale through your nose, notice the way your lungs expand and your chest opens up.
Pause for two seconds.
Begin to slowly exhale, noticing the change in your chest as it falls with your exhale.
If your mind begins to wonder, bring your focus back to the slow and controlled breath. Only focusing on the sensation of your breathing.
Repeat as needed.
